Samantha Cheslow

Ms. Cheslow joined Success Academy in 2013, where she spent four years as a third -grade lead teacher and one year as an assistant principal at SA Bed-Stuy 1. Before Ms. Cheslow became principal all of her scholars during her final year of teaching passed the NYS ELA Exam and received the highest possible score on the NYS Math Exam. Ms. Cheslow became principal at SA Bronx 4 in 2018, and she has remained there since. Ms. Cheslow began her career in education as a student -teacher in Prince George’s County, Maryland. She earned her undergraduate degree in elementary education from the University of Maryland and her master’s degree in childhood and special education from Touro College. Outside of school, Ms. Cheslow enjoys spending time with her family and practicing yoga.
